Overview
Official Buildr MCP from @vybeadmin. create_tool works without sign-in (keep claimCode). test_tool and set_secret accept claimCode. publish_tool and list_my_tools need a Vybe sign-in (OAuth vybe.buildr). Finished tools belong to you, not @vybeadmin.
