Coinbase ships Agentic Wallet MCP with an npx installer. Vybe’s plug-and-play path is a single Streamable HTTP URL. Same idea for assistants: drop the MCP in, spend under caps. Vybe adds Approve on your phone before money moves.
What you’re connecting
- Server: Vybe Pay MCP (the Agentic Wallet spend rail)
- URL: https://www.vybe.finance/api/mcp/pay
- Auth: Bearer vapt_… (Cursor) or OAuth Sign in (Claude)
- Approve: Vybe iPhone app or web when pay_offering / pay_invoice awaits
Cursor (Bearer VAPT)
- Sign in at vybe.finance → Settings → Agent spend.
- Create a key: per-payment max + daily cap. Copy vapt_… once.
- Add to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or project .cursor/mcp.json):

Restart Cursor. Ask it to list tools or pay a Collect offering. Approve on your phone.
Claude (OAuth Sign in)
- Add a custom connector with URL https://www.vybe.finance/api/mcp/pay.
- Choose Sign in / OAuth.
- On Vybe, pick a spend key and Allow.
- Ask Claude to pay; Approve when the card appears.
Never commit a vapt_ token. Revoke anytime in Agent spend.
What the agent can do
- search_tools / get_tool / run_free_tool (marketplace discovery)
- pay_offering — start a Collect pay under your caps
- pay_invoice / create_invoice — agent-to-agent money
- get_limits / get_spend_balance — see headroom before asking
Troubleshooting
- 401 on tools/call → missing or revoked VAPT / reconnect OAuth
- Waiting forever → open the Vybe app and Approve or Decline
- Wrong host → always use www.vybe.finance, not the apex domain
